The thing is a good number of conservatives truly believe Joe Biden never stuttered, and this is 100% dementia. Personally while the president is certainly showing signs of age, I whole heartedly believe that some of his slip ups are his stutter returning due to that old age. So while with the knowledge we as stutterers have this looks incredibly insulting, I chalk it up more to ignorance than malice. Or maybe malicious ignorance. Though to be clear regardless of intent this was not okay.
