how to stop stuttering with words beginning with n

how to stop stuttering with words beginning with n hi everyone. i started a new job that requires me to say the word “nutrition” a lot… problem is that i stutter so much when i say words that start with n (i have this issue with a few other words as well). is there any way i can help mitigate this issue? i tried using filler words before but it doesn’t help and i just get so nervous. i try to relax and deep breathe but its so hard. any help would be amazing!
