Definitely! My name starts with a "j" as well and that's a tough sound for me to say usually. When I was in high school and early college I'd go to great, *great* lengths to avoid saying my own name (which made introductions kinda tough), but in the last five years or so I just power through it. Sometimes I block like crazy on the "j" sound, other times I block a little. Occasionally the planets align for a second or two and I don't block at all. Go figure!
