I don't get your point. Do you mean stuttering is not that horrible or something? If you mean 'curing' stuttering is not a realistic goal then I agree, but if you say mitigating stutter/improving fluency is not feasible then it's nonsense. Though yeah, not every PWS can achieve more fluencies after therapies, that still doesn't mean therapy is just a joke and cannot improve anyone's fluency, at least the studies have proven speech therapy can indeed improve fluencies although it indeed misfires on part of PWS. If you are considering accepting stuttering cuz stuttering is not that horrible then you are missing out a majority of PWS's despairs and frustrations induced from stuttering but if I am getting you totally wrong then I say sorry.
