The severity of mine fluctuates. One on one conversations rarely seem to trigger stuttering, but as soon as I’m excited, the stuttering starts. But for the most part it’s mild-moderate. I’m a conductor for an orchestra. Thank God for classical music, because there’s no words. Granted, I have to talk the musicians through the music, but that’s a small price to pay. What I can’t express in speech, I express in music, and I’m truly grateful for that.
