No, don't withdraw your application. I've stuttered in interviews and still been chosen for the job, but I have also always disclosed that I have a stutter very early in the interview. I've also been rejected for a lot of jobs (like most people), but that could have been for a myriad of reasons. Including other applicants being more suited, having more knowledge, more education, better experience etc etc etc The only job I know I did not get as a direct cause of my stuttering, was one I did not want. I was unemployed and the agency tried to get me to work as a telemarketer doing cold calls. That's one time I was actually glad I had a medical reason to decline.
