Dude. I've been there before. You wanna know what helped me to get fluent again? I started singing in my car. No one could see me, so I just put in my favorite cd and sang along... At first it was a mess, just stuttering and twitching away, but after some time, it just clicked and I suddenly got the lyrics out in time. Now, after 20 years of fuckin extremely severe stuttering, I am just totally fluent in every situation.
