Move towns and get a new name lol. Jk, I don’t say them. I avoid my name and city as much as possible. When all else fails, I think of another word and I usually hum into the word (hood the sounds) or “link” the prior word into the difficult word (leave no space between the words). Or I lie. Whatever works, just never thinking about or planning the words
