This might not be helpful as everyone’s different and I don’t know the severity of your stutter/your current dosage, but I also noticed my stutter got a lot worse when I started taking adderall at the start of the year - I was way more focused, but it caused me to feel amped up and talk faster, which made my stutter to be way more pronounced. Since then I’ve switched to vyvanse - the effects are a lot more mild/manageable for me, with the added benefit of being longer lasting so I only have to take 1 in the morning. I do still feel like my stutter is still worse than before medication, but I’ve gone and started to use some of the techniques when I first started trying to improve my stutter, as well as ensure that I am focused on slowing down my speaking. Not sure if you’ve explored other types of medication/have noticed any other reasons for why it might have gotten worse (e.g. talking faster, higher levels of anxiety etc), but I found it helped me quite a bit!
