First day of college introductions

First day of college introductions I’m starting college next week and I’ve always hated introductions. I’d always skip the first day of school just so I wouldn’t have to do it. Now that I’m starting college there’s no way around it and there’s probably a lot more I’d have to say than the usual name and one cool fact about myself. To make it worse, all my classes have mandatory class participation so every day is going to be hell. Does anyone have any tips to make it through it? Would talking to the professor about my stutter beforehand be a good idea?
