I feel like this too sometimes! It really is annoying not being able to start conversations when wanting to or join in on jokes when you’ve something really funny to say! I’m 24 now and most times it’s stressful even In work but I’ve started to go out more and socialise and order drinks even if I don’t like the one I’m ordering if I can say it then it’s good enough for me 😂. It’s mostly all trial and error and we are such brave people even tho not 100% fluent we always try :)
