So true. Stuttering is this condition that we can't quite grasp. It's not this thing where people will understand and have sympathy. They blame it on us because they see it as something stemming from anxiety and low self esteem. If we were completely mute because of a physical medical condition for example, there will be much more support and understanding. We are in this.. grey area.. this liminal space where we are left alone with our feelings. It sucks.
