I’ve had a manager tell me “it’s okay” like to be quiet when I was trying to explain something to her. Come to think of it I’ve actually had a lot of “authority figures” tease me. These situations are so discouraging but at the same time, those people are beneath us 😆 we’re not the ones making people feel like poo so why should we be down
