You deserve to be there. Your employer hired you knowing about your speech. I'm an electrical engineer and give briefs and run meetings, they'll just get used to it. You can't change it so it's not worth worrying about what other people think. I understand that's easier said than done and sometimes it's easier to realize that than others.
