Speak in short increments – Try to limit your sentences to short bursts, ideally 5 to 7 words at a time. This helps maintain clarity and reduces pressure. 4. Experiment with pitch or accent adjustments – Slightly altering your pitch or accent can trick your brain into breaking the stutter pattern.
