Yeah we had to used the greeting too, such a nightmare it was a long greeting, every single time I answered I’d get stuck. My managers would do that same they’d make sure we used the greeting. I’ve since left that job to focus on my last year of school. I heard the ringtone in a different shop recently, felt like I was having flashbacks.
