I hate the word "do"

I hate the word "do" My God do I hate this word. It's so damn hard for ne to say, but it's so common that I have to say it all the time, and there's often no substitute word to use. I always say it like "dddddo". I think it's also because "do" is usually the word you say at the beginning of a sentence, it's already harder for me to start out sentences, and "d" is one of my hardest letters. I usually have to throw in an "um" before I say it. I have no point in this post I just wanted to vent about this lol
