I play Rainbow 6 Siege (not on a pro level) and have encountered this problem too which keeps me in casual. What I do to get around some words is to just use other versions of them. If I want to say “Calling phones” I’ll just say “Ringing phones” as that is much easier. Hope this helps and sorry if it doesn’t. I don’t know much about CS.
