I do. I'm trying to reduce it. Although no doubt I'll just replace it with some other "tick" which is how it started anyway. It often causes me mischief as I become literally blind to the world around me. Fun when I'm drunk and balance is fubar as well, I end up leaning over without realising :P My stutter can be quite severe, and it can be significant durations of shut eyes.
