I'm a Senior level Network Engineer. I've stuttered since I was a kid (40s now). Phone interviews are notoriously hard for us, if you do better on Zoom, maybe see if they can do that? I interview people all the time via Zoom and even I prefer that. LMK if you need any other advice.
