I kinda think you're oversimplifying The King's Speech a bit here. Of course the goal is for King George to make a speech but the therapist makes it a point that acceptance is an important part in getting there. It's not as if he did the speech 100% fluently too. And if we're talking about the accuracy of the portrayal, the movie also does a good job in portraying the body language etc of speech blocks. I honestly haven't seen it done better anywhere else.
