The solution for me personally is to not give two shits about what people might think of me when I stutter. Because as another guy has said in this thread, sometimes you still stutter even when you're alone. So I think accepting that you will stutter your whole life no matter how many speech therapy sessions you go to is integral to building our self esteem. Yes I stutter, and I'm okay with that. But obviously sometimes our stutter can be detrimental for things like job interviews, so in that case you could probably use some tricks to minimize the stuttering or use alternative application methods like thru online forms or something. But remember even if you get rejected don't let that shit get to you. Don't hate your stutter is what I'm trying to get at.
