I do, yes. I always will have blocks but they're getting better each day. I only block when I think about blocking, but it's not like I block for 5-10 seconds, maybe a second. If fear controls me, then there's a 99% chance that I will block and won't be able to spell any wore out due to fear or nervousity etc. What helped me the most is to accept that I have a speech impairment, that I block and things have gotten quite better for me day by day. Also, you must take care of yourself. Do new hobbies, learn how to breathe properly, take a deep breath, exhale. At the end of the day, life is waaaaaaay too short to beat ourselves down over our speech impairment. I have accepted this and I am no longer ashamed to say that I stutter. Hell, as weird as it may sound, sometimes I'm loving it haha. Just be yourself. Practice. Train. Do zoom meetings. Make friends who love you for who and what you are. I'm telling you, you will improve yourself once you really start loving and appreciating yourself. Read books and read them out loud.
