If we have no choice we have to find radical acceptance. My casual conversation is fully fluent. The problem is when I'm trying to explain something or speaking a foreign language which I'm even familiar with. Spanish in my case. Its so random and difficult because I'm considered fluent in many situations. The stuttering breaking through confuses me and others. I may just have to accept it.
