Have a conversation with your teacher about it. When I was in high school, I powered through a few of these type of presentations. I have a block stutter so no matter how much I prepared, it never worked. Come presentation time, everything I could say, I can no longer stay. I’m 31 now but if I could tell my high school self one thing it would be fuck it and just talk. Talking and doing things like this will eventually build your confidence and make you better. I was in a customer centric job in the Air Force for 10 years and I believe it helped me a ton. I had to talk on the phone. I had to interact with people face to face. I know it’s tough but you will get through it.
