First of all, I think you are #AWESOME. Second, I am 51 and later in my corporate career, I disclosed my stutter because I can't really hide it. 99% of employers were receptive and supportive. Lastly, I am a national trainer for medical staff and I am very good at what I do. At this point in my life, a direct approach has proven successful.
