Disclosing it up front. Like others have said, it lets the employer know about you. In addition to that, it also gives you a chance to know about the employer whether they value your ability to perform your job. Speech is usually a minor distraction in most of the jobs. If an employer rejects a candidate because of their stutter, its either the fluent speech is a key to the job or the employer is an asshole.
