I personally don't like voice chatting with randos in video games -especially team based ones! This has nothing to do with my stutter/anxiety; I've just noticed that people are usually far too toxic in these types of games and talking to them takes away the fun part for me. Valorant has an official Discord server. You can find a lot of nice people to play with there if you don't feel comfortable chatting with the players you're randomly matchmade with. Also, both League and Valorant have an intuitive pinging system and talking to the other players is not necessary for the most part (not implying this is the right thing to do if you want to overcome your stutter, but I'm just mentioning this in case you're afraid you'll get banned if you don't talk) PS: Apropos of what you said about muting: I think that's the best think to do as well. I've developed a similar coping mechanism over the past 2 years or so too. I simply cast the bad people out of my social life. Don't dwell on it to much as it will make you feel even worse and this in turn will impede your efforts to improve.
