Quite a bit. I feel the same as the previous comments. I usually come off as quiet, awkward, and reserved to people who don’t personally know me. I was always the super quiet kid in school and although I’ve become a bit more social in my mid 20s, I still hold back who I really am. Avoidance is still something I struggle with a lot.
