Seek out professional speech therapy from an SLP who specializes in stuttering. Don't ever trust a recruiter. Professional liars. And typically not very well versed at their jobs. Ask to speak to their supervisor. Find out what you need to do to make a go of it. Go see what the other branches might offer you as well. You sound like an attractive prospect. Make them work to sign you. Play them against each other. Get the best possible start to your career you can. My daughter just talked to them last year. Every time she said "No thank you" they called back with a better offer.
