There was a guy who worked at my company for a while and he had a big role, too. He was VP of Marketing and I reached out to him about his stutter because obviously I did as well. He acknowledged it and I expected him to kinda gravitate towards me after that. Nope. We never had a conversation after that. Just a "Hey man" if we were walking past each other. That always struck me as bizarre but what can you do?
