How to stop being nervous in conversation and be a better listener? During conversations,I can't help but feel overly anxious thinking about which words to speak next. This is really exhausting in the long run. I would like to know how can I be less anxious and also become a better listener so that I can avoid my negative thoughts regarding stuttering.
