Anyone also feel so embarrassed/ashamed/worthless after a conversation? Yesterday I was having a conversation with a friend of mine, I told him that I have a breathing technique for stuttering which goes: exhale - pause - inhale - speak. I tried it and when I was with him it didn’t work… But mostly it does with others. I felt so ashamed. Almost every question I asked him I still stuttered. When I went home again I felt so embarrassed/ashamed/worthless. Anyone else feel the same?
