1. Yes, I'd have to speak in English and that's definitely an issue. 2. Yes my employer knows this issue and they're very supportive. In the 6 months that I've been working there remotely, they allow me to answer everything by writing it in chat. But that would be very embarrassing if I'm writing while talking face to face. 3. Didn't realize i could do that. Might be a bit out of my budget but i might require someone for maybe opening a new acc or getting an aprt etc. Thanks.
