Difference between Mild stutterer and moderate/severe stutter

Difference between Mild stutterer and moderate/severe stutter Do you guys think there is vast difference in how mild stutterers and moderate/severe stutter experience difficulties in social situations? I am talking about emotions and negative thoughts.
