Im 46 and have stuttered my whole life. I understand the daily struggle of virtual everything. There is not a good answer, ultimately you just have to own it. This is who you are and who you will likely always be. And that is ok. You have to convince yourself that you are more than enough. The people who are cruel and mean are not worth your time. It is not easy and was a decade long journey for me but ultimately worth it. Despite it all I managed to make a career as a high school science teacher. I am willing to bet you have this funny charismatic person just under the surface that stuttering and anxiety won't let come out.
