Answering your question. You should accept it, because the consequences of not accepting it is far greater. You gotta accept it so you can work on it. Breathing techniques are fun and all, but at the end of the day I believe this is the best way to overcome stuttering and fear in general. Take small steps, for example talking to someone you’re comfortable with, then u go out and try to example talk to elderly people. The reason why I mention older people is because they are usually more respectful. Take small steps my friend I believe in you.
