Had to call the land lord!

Had to call the land lord! I had to call the landlord to ask for a new mail box key......needless to say I stuttered my rear end off.....he probably won't even get back to me!!! I have gone to so many therapies already that never did anything!!! WHY did I waste my time!!!! "Maybe I should breathed...slowed downed...linked my words...and all these other strategies that never helped"--I mean that sARcasticaly...!!!! That stuff has never helped me...tips and tricks....!! Speaking is supposed to be spontaneous and effortless and not need tips and tools and crutches!!!
