Thank you for your point of view! I’m actually thankful you brought up your name. Yours isn’t the first comment I’ve read talking about your name being one of the hardest things to say without stuttering. I had read a few posts along the way that talked about the same issue. The person I work with goes by (signs documents/emails) with their full first name, but I have noticed several people using two different shortened versions of the name when addressing them. I had wondered if I should inquire what they prefer to be called, but I think after reading so many helpful comments, I’ll continue with how their name was presented to me, and let them correct me if they would prefer a more informal nickname. Again, thank you for taking the time to respond. I know how easy it is to just pass by things, and I’m so very thankful for every response I’ve gotten.
