Any advice stuttering is unbearable ranting srry My stutter consists of blocks where I have issues saying some words. I realized I’m starting to have issues saying words that I never before had issues with such as words with “M” or “B” and “D” and even “A” now like it’s so frustrating. And my blocks had gotten worse ... there longer and I can’t get the word out at all and sometimes someone has to say the word for me . It’s like so much tension it’s embarrassing and annoying like I just want to be normal. Most likely the reason they are worst now is because I’m in college rt now and stressed out because of life and bearly get good sleep.
