We haven't done it yet, but my old speech pathologist and I (he was really more like an older brother figure to me) have been wanting to get tiny matching soundbytes on our hands. Small enough that we can easily cover them, but apparent as a constant reminder to use our techniques and strategies when we inevitably forget or become flustered.
