I know this is a bit pessimistic take on our condition, but I honestly kinda agree. First group is basically anyone who thinks you're just "overreacting" and your normal and once you tell them it's not they say: well look at you now! You can talk normally. My mom hold this belief to this day, that I'm perfectly normal and just need "confidence". Others like my friends in college or work would just ignore what I talk about or talk over me and assume my opinion doesn't matter as much.
