Hello, I see a lot of similarity between you and the past version of me. I managed to beat my stutter and achieve a "worry-free" one. I also went to speech therapy for a 1.5 years. The thing I found out was that doing only therapy has diminishing results. I also found that using techniques in real-life isn't practical. To escape my rut I used a booster to my confidence - weightlifting. It can be something different for you. Find something that has a clear path of progression - you put effort into it and you can see the results. It will give you hope that your stutter is improving, it's just the results that are hidden or harder to notice. I would love to personally help you, reach out through DM, if you are interested!
