I think I know exactly how do you feel. I used to feel like I'm acting in front of other people, like I'm not able to show them who I actually am, like there's no true me. I think it's still true to some extent today, but now I put conscious effort into interactions with other people, so that I could at least offer honesty and genuine emotions. Sorry if I'm not helpful.
