Yeah I think the forgetting part is more just interview nerves. That happens to everyone. I do my prep in bullet point format. Like, I want to hit on “a,b,c” and then I just talk through the answer on my own. Rather than writing paragraphs and trying to memorize paragraphs. If it’s virtual, I would just download a transparent sticky notes app on your laptop. And put it near the top of your screen over the person’s video/near your webcam. And just read off the bullets. And remember- who cares if u don’t get the job! There’s so many other ones
