Exactly! That’s what I’ve always felt. I used to work with my a guy who also had a stutter and I looked up to him for ages because he would chat away to everyone but I couldn’t. He didn’t care about his at all but I do. I told my manager about it because they are friends and he told me to stop comparing myself to him. It’s actually helped in the sense that I don’t get annoyed that he can do it and I can’t but the stutter is still definitely there and getting worse lol
