Hey man we’re all on the same side here :) Stuttering is a hard thing we are all trying to figure out. In my opinion, learning to practice acceptance is a HUGE job. It’s NOT doing nothing. It’s a tremendous amount of work. And if you are persistent, it has a huge psychological effect on your body and your mind. It’s more than I can easily explain right now. I’ve made many posts about it. I acknowledge your perspective might be a bit different and that’s okay, if it works for you. All I’m saying is that in my opinion, it’s not the most helpful attitude for most people. The wording in your OP doesnt contribute to an accepting attitude, in my opinion.
