Yeah, I don't want to make it into an "item" we're carrying around. I think that makes it weird to conceptualize ourselves. Rather, it's a thing that happens - and we know. Perhaps I just don't like referring to it as something that sits in us and waits for an opportunity to strike. It makes us somewhat foreign to ourselves, somehow.
