Yep Mate!!, I'm glad you r trying hard, InshAllah you will overcome this thing, well i also cant even answer phone calls of strangers, relatives even my own dad, and can talk fluently to mum, friends on phone calls, so its just the brain who's playing with us, InshAllah you will overcome it even Biden has it still now and you can see him talking fluently on T.V, so yeah you can keep the stutter hidden from the others by not talking, or interacting socially which will lead to worse stammering or you can fight it, the choice is yours mate.
