I agree. In my experience in my life, every time I create a 'new method' to speak. The first couple of days I believe "THIS method helps". Result: I experience fluency. But days later I gradually stutter more until I'm back to not finishing my sentences. Do you share the same experience? Argument: I think it's because, the first days I'm CERTAIN that I will speak fluently. I believe so much that perceived stresses are overruled. I don't care about others opinion that I stutter because in my opinion fluency is my way of speaking. That's why the new method always works the first couple of days in my experience. What is your opinion?
